AdminSure is an independent, privately held California corporation whose services have been an integral part of risk management programs for more than a quarter of a century.
Origins
Established on September 1, 1982, the company has always focused
on providing high quality TPA services. Reflecting this focus, the company name is derived from "Admin", which is the abbreviation for administrator and "Sure", which means steadfast, reliable and trustworthy.

Our mission is to provide the services our clients need to successfully manage their Liability and Workers’ Compensation risks, to deliver high quality and excellent value in every service we provide, and to earn the enduring trust and respect of our clients – all while serving the greater community through an honorable and financially strong company.
Management
AdminSure is led by an executive management team that brings more than a half century of industry experience to the table.
Gary M. Lee, President
As President, Gary is responsible for the overall planning and direction of the company. His unrelenting commitment to quality, service, integrity, and investment in people and technology, has helped make the company a premier provider of TPA services. He began his career in 1976 at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he learned both Liability and Workers’ Compensation, working mostly with Fortune 500 companies. From there, he went to a TPA division of a large insurance broker, where he became a department head, overseeing self-insurance and captive programs for a wide variety of private and public entity accounts. After that, he went on to co-found AdminSure. In all, he has more than thirty years of experience in the insurance and TPA businesses. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from UCLA.
Alithia Vargas-Flores, Vice President
Alithia began her career at AdminSure in 1996. Since then, she has risen steadily to her current position, acquiring an extensive expertise in Workers’ Compensation, claims management and medical management. She played an instrumental role in the creation of our in-house medical bill review, utilization review and peer review services, collectively known as MedReview. In addition to overseeing MedReview, she is responsible for general management, client relations and business development. She has
a Bachelor’s Degree (cum laude) in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. She is a State Certified Self-Insurance Administrator and holds the WCCP designation.
Licenses
In accordance with California rules and regulations, the company holds TPA Certificate 092 from the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Workers' Compensation, Office of Self-Insurance Plans.
