     AdminSure provides information access and reporting solutions that deliver the feedback our clients need to effectively monitor and manage their Liability and Workers' Compensation programs.

Claims Information

     We use specialized, state-of-the-art software that allows our clients to track the progress of their claims in real-time over the Internet.  A vast amount of data is available for viewing and printing, including:

•   Adjuster & Supervisor Notes
•   Case Management Diary
•   Claim Correspondence
•   File Documentation  

     Access to this data is available to our clients and other authorized users on a read-only basis.  To safeguard their privacy, we use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection with authentication and encryption.

Loss Experience Reports

     The system has a variety of loss runs that enable personnel and risk managers to keep tabs on their programs.  These reports depict current activity as well as historical data.  They include such information as:

•   Summary Totals
•   Transaction Registers
•   Loss Experience Detail
•   Cases Opened & Closed
•   Cost Allocation Detail
•   Loss Analysis Trends
•   Lag Time Tracking
•   Triangle Analysis

     Special or custom reports can also be designed.  Reports, whether standard or custom, are delivered electronically in a variety of formats, including PDF, XLS, CSV, RTF, HTML and TXT files.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

     Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) has become the preferred method for conveying the vast amount of information available in our system.  We transmit data in this way to the following stakeholders:

     Many of our clients receive data from us in lieu of formatted reports, enabling them to do their own analyses.  We can provide data extracts in file formats that include XLS, CSV, DBF, MDB, ASCII and MS-SQL.
